Sometimes we play a game called ADVANCE and EXTEND. I tell a story and Mum says Extend or Advance. When she says extend that means say more about something and when she says advance that means make the next thing happen in the story. Today I told a story and Mum typed for me. So this is my story. I hope you like it. Bye. from Isaac Stanley Maxwell Pannell-Gould
One cloudy day the sky was dark and grey. It looked like a very grey t-shirt and socks. The clouds were a little bit grey and a little bit white like a white t-shirt. They were all stuck together blocking out the sky.
The littlest cloud was called Littletown. Littletown looked like a little shark because he was very fat but long and had pieces like teeth. He was squashy like dough but very colourful and breakable.
That day Littletown had just woken up and he was eating breakfast. Just then the phone rang. He was very cheeky he answered it. He pushed all the buttons until it was off and then again after a little while it rang and he answered it this time and didn't push any buttons. He said "hello" with his cheeky smile still on.
The voice that answered growled "What are you doing? Is there actually something wrong?" Because the man who had answered was the police.
"No" Littletown cried.
"Then you will be sent to prison forever" whispered the Policeman. "Unless, you find a baddie called Flooovvvvgese. He is burning down every house."
So, Littletown set off. First he went in the forest. It was wet and cold. The trees were slippery like a shark. Their leaves were like little alligator tails flopping down dripping on him.
Then suddenly he found some steps. They were very rough - like hard and he could step wherever he liked. So he walked down them. Then finally he hit something called the ground. After lots and lots of walking he found a door. It was shiny and blue and slippery like a window that had just been cleaned. The handle was very, very rough and it was shaped in a square. He opened up the door. It was easy peasy.
But then he fell, down, down down, through trapdoors until he got stuck. He was stuck in two long boulders. They were very slippery like ice so he had to be careful to get out. And finally he found another door and there was Flooovvvvgese burning down houses.
The burning houses were as black as ash. The flames were as light as a disco light lit up as high as they could go. They went to the side and round and up... to the side and round and up... to the side and round and up went the flames.
Littletown started to copy. Then he zipped up and do you know what he did, when he was at the top, he rained. He rained and rained and rained until all the fire was gone.
Littletown zipped right through back down and with his bulging muscles he pushed Flooovvvgese up and carried him all the way back to the policeman. And he could be free.
