Alice in Wonderland Performance at the Museum of Childhood

Last week we went to a Museum called the Museum of Childhood. They had dance classes on that day and some art activities.  Also lots of fun old toys to look at.

DANCING

We did a dance workshop called "Afghan Moves" where we learnt some Afghan dancing and then did a special flashmob in the Museum.  You can read more about that on Finny's blog.

I also did a Dance Workshop based on an Alice in Wonderland exhibit they had at the museum.  At the beginning I was feeling embarrassed.

Here we are standing in the circle.  We had to say our name and do a little dance move.

This is a video of us practising our dance in the practise room.

Next here is a video of our actual performance!  I tried my best to show good expression.  Unfortunately even though Patchy did lots of practise he got a bit tired and fell asleep before the show.  So I did the performance with Sophie while Mum took care of him.

Afterwards I felt so happy and I felt so proud because even though I felt a bit scared I tried really hard and did great expression.
